We are the Toronto, Ontario Community of the Society of Technical Communication (STC), formerly called the Toronto Chapter.

This community was formed in 1959 and currently has almost 300 members including technical writers, editors, technical illustrators and technical communicators of all kinds.

Nearly 1,000 people are our email list, which includes our free monthly newsletter.

What we do

We promote clear, concise, and audience-focused technical communications.

We provide technical communicators with opportunities for professional development on current tools, trends, and methodologies.

We maintain a sense of community through networking opportunities and our job bank, sharing professional job opportunities with members.
