The Recognitions Manager will work with the President, Vice-president, and other executive members on nominations for the following Society honours:
Work with the President to complete the nomination form and assemble the backup for Associate Fellow and Distinguished Community Service. In addition, the Recognitions Manager helps to publicize community volunteers at the AGM and, as required on the website. For known Society awards, the Community Council members to coordinate with include:

Sharing this position is an option, but sharing by more than two people would be ineffective. At present, performing the duties averages no more than an hour each month. References are not required for this position, but it should be held by someone who has spent at least two years as a member of the community, and at least one year on the executive so that they are familiar with the members and the procedures. |
