If you difficulties logging into the job bank, follow these steps in order: - Ensure that your are using your assigned STC User Name and Password to log in. These are the User Name and Password that you use to log into the main STC site.
- Note that your User Name may be your STC Membership Number or a customized User Name that you created at the inception of your membership account with STC. You can search the STC Membership Database and also change your password here.
- If you do not know, or have trouble finding your User Name or Password, please contact
the STC head office at membership@stc.org.
If you are still unable to login:
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Delete your STC.org and STC Toronto cookies.
