The STC Mentor Program is a free service that matches senior STC Members (mentors) with protégés: students and other individuals seeking to enter the field or enhance their careers as technical communicators.

Program Goals

• provide a life-line to our members that may be out of work or looking for a career change
• provide outreach to professionals that are considering a career in technical communication
• provide experienced guidance to new entrants into the field of technical communication
• provide inspiration to fuel committed long-term growth of the chapter
• provide an outlet for our senior members to become engaged with the chapter

To enroll as a mentor:

1. Please review the terms of the program in the Mentoring Agreement Form.
   
2. If you accept these terms, please complete our mentor registration form.
